2nd Annual Black Student Experience Retreat – September 14-15, 2012

This form is for registration for new students and underclassmen to attend the Black Student Experience Retreat at Bridgeport Camp in Bridgeport, TX.
 
Please note that the retreat will be of no cost to attendees, and if you register you must attend for the full weekend.
If you have any questions about the retreat please contact Cara Walker at Cara.Walker@unt.edu or 940-565-3299.
 
If you register to attend and are later unable to attend, please contact Cara Walker NO LATER THAN September 7, 2012. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee, added to your student account.
 
By signing my initials in the last field of the form below, I signify that I understand I am hereby registering for the Black Student Experience and confirming that I will attend, from 11:00am on Friday, September 14, through 6:00pm, Saturday, September 15, 2012. My initials also confirm that I will be utilizing university-sponsored transportation and not my own transportation. I confirm that I will notify Cara Walker (cara.walker@unt.edu) if I register and later determine that I will be unable to attend.
